Sililo Dynasty successfully designed and erected a new storage facility for ESKOM. We were involved with the design & drawing of the proposed facility as well as fabrication and on-site erection.
The project was an important initiative for our client as they were having problems with weather conditions that were impeding their ability to carry out repair & maintenance work and also causing a problem of wet coal.
This new storage facility helped reduce the problem of wet coal, protects transformers from weather damage and enables key functions to be performed under cover in all weather conditions.
JOBS: Sililo Dynasty used a total of 30 staff on this project. We managed to create 15 job opportunities by hiring local labour from the surrounding community. 25 of the total staff were youth.
