Sililo Dynasty Enterprises is deeply involved in projects that develop the communities within which we live and work. We have developed a number of programs that allow us to improve our social impact. SDE employs unskilled and semi-skilled youth from neighboring communities. These youths are upskilled via on-the-job training and are given essential skills for them to continue in-trade or alternatively to go and open related businesses in their communities. SDE has partnered with a youth skills training company to provide facilities and trainers for the practical/ On-The-job studies. These students will be hosted and trained at SDE’s site at various stages throughout their studies and until their successful completion of relevant trade test. This program focuses on fighting youth unemployment by providing opportunities to both youth and particularly women. SDE believes strongly in women empowerment and is creating new opportunities to create training and jobs opportunities for young women within the industry. This will include providing training support and job training opportunities that are not usually made available for women
